2012 – what a year!

2012 was a really exciting year and I am glad that it is over now. I had my first job in summer – it was hard because we worked 14 days and had only one free but in the end, it was my first own salary and I have learnt how hard it is to earn money and unfortunately how easy it is to waste it....

I have had the first big problems with my family because the could not accept that the little Xantal is no longer existing and that maybe my opinions, thoughts and behaviour is not what they believe to. So we had our first hard discussions and sometimes I felt really alone. But however, I tried to find my way to get through it....

At school, I started “A” level and was really shocked how hard it is – nothing to do with the last years. I needed my time to assimilate....

The result of all these things is that 2012 opened my mind and changed my points of view in a lot of things.
